Started in 1986, we have diversified with a 150 crore empire comprising cold rolling complexes and continuous galvanising lines. Through continuous technical upgradation and diversification, Hi-Tech Pipes has earned a name for itself in the international arena.

Infrastructure

Our cold rolling complex has Four-Hi cold rolling mills that produce table top finish material having close tolerance to thickness, shape and flatness. In addition to this, we have a bell type annealing furnace for superior surface finish and skin passing mill that ensures adequate pinch pass. A list of our equipments include: Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope, Universal Testing Machine, Roughness Tester, Vickers Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Erichsen Testing Machine, Hydrostatics Tester and Bend Testing.

Laboratory

The company possesses a fully equipped metallurgical laboratory with all state-of-art equipments. We focus on understanding the final application of the tube, even before the manufacturing process. We involve ingenuity in design and fine tuning of the tube production as per clients' specification and aspire for prompt and competent customer services. We take utmost care in the sourcing and quality of our raw materials and their cleaning processes. We use Quality Control Management system, that reaffirms our precision in the process itself.
